Resep Sate Kambing (untuk 2-3 porsi)
Bahan:
500 gr daging has kambing
3 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
5 cm lengkuas, iris
1 sdm ketumbar sangrai
3 sdm air asam jawa
3 sdm Bango Kecap Manis
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
½ sdt merica
2 sdm air
Bahan sambal kecap:
5 siung bawang merah
6 buah cabai rawit merah
1 buah tomat merah
1 buah jeruk nipis
100 ml Bango Kecap Manis
Lainnya:
Margarin
Langkah:
1. Keringkan daging, buang silver skin lalu potong tipis. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
2. Blender lengkuas, ketumbar, bawang putih, bawang merah, dan air asam jawa hingga halus
3. Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam daging lalu garam, kaldu bubuk, merica, dan Bango Kecap Manis
4. Tambahkan air, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 30-60 menit
5. Tusuk daging dengan tusukan sate yang telah direndam air
6. Panaskan panggangan, masak sate hingga sedikit kecokelatan di kedua sisi kemudian oleskan margarin, panggang hingga matang
7. Untuk sambal, potong tomat, cabai rawit, bawang merah, dan jeruk nipis
8. Sate kambing siap disajikan dengan sambal kecap

Goat Satay (yield 2-3 servings)
Ingredients:
500 g goat tenderloin
3 clove garlic
5 pc shallot
5 cm galangal, sliced
1 tbsp toasted coriander
3 tbsp tamarind juice
3 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp stock powder
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp water
Sweet Soy Sambal ingredients:
5 pc shallot
6 pc red Thai chili
1 pc red tomato
1 pc lime
100 ml Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
Others:
Margarine
Steps:
1. Pat the meat dry. Trim the silver skin, then slice thinly. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Blend the galangal, coriander, garlic, shallots, and tamarind juice until smooth.
3. Add the blended spices to the meat. Add salt, stock powder, pepper, and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce.
4. Add water and mix well. Marinate for 30-60 minutes.
5. Skewer the meat with the soaked satay skewer.
6. Heat the grill. Cook the Satay until lightly browned on both sides, then brush the margarine on and grill until they’re fully cooked.
7. For the Sambal, slice the tomato, Thai chili, shallots, and lime.
8. Goat Satay is ready to serve with Sweet Soy Sambal.
