डॉक्टर साहब क्या lasik laser या ये जो laser कि विधियों से हम operation कराते हैं चश्मा हटाने का क्या उससे आँखों में dryness बन सकती है और क्या ये dryness permanent तो नहीं है ऐसा तो नहीं है की पुरी जिंदगी आँखों में drynessरहेगी देखिए lasik laser का सबसे common side effect है आँखों में dryness बनना और ये dryness usually 2 से 3 महीने तक रहती है तो 2 से 3 महीने हम आपको advice करते हैं की comfortable रहने के लिए lubricating drops को दिन में 4 से 5 बार use करना चाहिए और आपको dryness feel नहीं होती कभी कबार हम देखते है कि कुछ लोग बहुत sensitive हैं तो हो सकता है 3 की जगह 4 या 5 महीने भी dryness आ जाए और कभी-कभी हम देखते हैं लोग इतने sensitive नहीं है एक महीने में उनकी ड्राइनेस खत्म हो जाती है तो by default हम लोग आपको 3 महीने की lubricating drops तो देते हैं की 3 महीने आप drops डाल लो आपको dryness तंग नहीं करेगी उसके बाद भी अगर तंग कर रही है तो तो 1,2 महीने और डालिये लेकिन ये dryness permanent नहीं है।
