She said it's about her first love whom she experienced after her adult age (20) and that she was always on the receiving end. This song means a lot to her especially the lyrics during chorus during the year the song released, 2010.

Taeyeon and Junsu were linked during 2008 (she just turned 20 in korean age at the time), when they were spotted giving secret hi-five in Hollywood Bowl concert. There were also photos, fancams and fanaccount of them going out together in LA as seen compiled in this video. He was seen carrying her bags, put arm over her shoulder and joked around like a happy couple.
The rumor became huge and it was reported all over the news. SM Entertainment however didn't deny or confirm anything regarding this issue.
But this became one of the reason why Taeyeon and SNSD received negative response from TVXQ fans leading to the infamous Black Ocean incident.
Then in 2010, the 3 members of TVXQ including Junsu, formed JYJ after suing SM Entertainment in July a year before.
They are perfect for each other. Last year Taeyeon went to his musical, Elisabeth. Though things are different now, I hope the best for the both of them.
